Access

This is a large estate with good access and can be made available at all times, subject to negotiations. Some of the buildings have heritage listings Grade I & II.

Noise

The majority of the estate is without obtrusive noise, though some small areas have light residential and industrial noises which can be managed. Along the boundary wall there is light traffic noise.
