This location is in Norwich.

This location was the centre of city government from the early 15th century until it was replaced by City Hall in 1938. The exterior of the building provides an excellent example of flint work. The building houses a virtually intact late Victorian Courtroom, a Council Chamber, and an undercroft which was used to accommodate criminals.
