The Estate is based in South Norfolk. It is a 400 acre estate comprised of woodland, farmland, parkland, a 1 acre lake, formal gardens, a walled garden and vegetable garden. The main Hall is Georgian and has exceptionally large windows and rooms. The hall is awash with colour and beautiful furnishings and art. It has been modernised whilst retaining and celebrating all of its original features. Behind the hall are the old servants quarters. These have been renovated in a more understated style with exposed brick walls and original flooring. Her you will find a snooker room and second kitchen and bathroom. A double height tower space as well provides a flexible space that if not being used can work well as a mess area for crew as it is totally separate from the house. Moving round there are further barns and then a renovated 2 bed cottage. This has lower ceilings and smaller windows but has been renovated to an equally high standard. This has a conservatory and a private garden leading onto the walled garden. Ther is a chicken hutch with 4 chickens in the walled garden along with fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Down by the lake there is a beautiful lake cake leading onto a covered terrace and jetty with swimming ladder. There is also a traditional canoe which can be rented. Further to this there is a children's forest school area and extensive woodland. Depending on the time of year we also have oil seed rape fields as well as wheat and barley. There are plentiful farm tracks and an old untarmacked drive which runs through the woods and is very atmospheric.
