I own around 180 acres of woodland situated along the A148 and Tower Road which backs on to Cromer cemetary. This woodland has large naturally occuring gradient variables which allow a variety of different shots. The wood itself has a variety of different fully grown trees from oak, redwood fir and pine. With this combination of both gradients and nature this allows for a vast array of different options as the lighting of the wood changes quite dramtically through the day based on your shot location. The wood has various different tracks used by heavy duty vehicles for maintenence such as tree-thinning and there is ample parking for small to medium productions.
